By installing or using the Pensira Security App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Fair Use & Quota Policy

To keep the service stable for the whole community, an automatic fair-use scan rate limit applies equally to every user. There are no paid tiers, donor tiers, or usage boosts — everyone shares the same limit. If you scan too quickly, the bot will ask you to slow down and try again shortly after.

2. Referral Program

Running /refer gives you a unique code to share with friends. This is a community-growth feature independent of any paid or donated service.

3. Disclaimer

Pensira's scanning engine runs entirely offline on Pensira's own server, using a combination of signature matching, statistical heuristics, and locally-run machine learning models. Like any automated security tool, it can produce false positives (flagging something safe) or false negatives (missing something malicious). Scan results should be used as one signal in your security assessment, not as a definitive verdict.
